OK, this is of course not a completely fair view on the subject. As I remember it was Arafat who turned down the chance to peace in Camp David the 5th of July 2000, but after reading Wikipedia I now realise it was both sides who were dissatisfied with the approach towards peace. In other words a lot of words, but no final result. I’m sure there are hundreds of thousands of Israelis who see it like this. But I’m living in Sweden, one can think that’s a safe haven for any writer, but that’s not always true. Agents play everywhere crossing all borders, no one is safe anywhere. (Also You my Brutus) You can be happy if Your enemies just apply some tear- or peppergas when visiting the Super-Market. The guy in front of You have some sticky fluid on his fingers. The fluid will come on Your food and into Your fridge. That’s why theyr’e all under supervision. The powers of the World control all food shop keepers, bars and restaurants. They also control all States on Earth to avoid fatal destruction. But they have to play many roles. They’re both friends and foes, so to say.. just to keep up the facade of the game, or as Freddie Mercury in Queen put it – ”the Show must go on..”.
