COP15 Agreement on bush fires

It is essential that all countries agree to:
1/ Do everything possible to extinguish wild fires,
burning forests. To what use is it if we cut emissions from the global industri, when a few bush fires pollute the air to the same amount or more? How? Gather resources on every continent.
2/ All countries should have a plan to plant trees, billions of trees – now.
These two matters/questions should be a part of the Cop15 deal-agreement.
